What hours can I book the rooms for?

We are flexible here. Our spaces are available from 7:00 to 24:00 by default, so we can usually agree on any time that suits you.

Can I view the room in advance?

Yes, of course. We would be happy to show you the rooms in person.

Can I adjust the room layout to my needs?

Yes — just tell us which layout you want and we will set it up for you.

Do you provide on-site technical support?

Yes — our offices are on the same floor, so a team member is always available if you need help.

How does payment work?

For a binding confirmation before the event we issue an invoice for the room rental; any additional services are invoiced after the event.

What is included in the rental price?

Everything is included (room rental, AV, whiteboard, WiĂ˘â‚¬â€˜Fi, …) except catering, which we offer as separate packages.

Is parking available?

We work with a partner car park: Parking Opletalova.

Can I bring my own catering?

Yes, that is possible. The fee is CZK 79 excl. VAT per person.
