Room layouts: how the seating plan drives event outcomes

Theatre, classroom, U-shape or boardroom? Picking a room layout isn't just about aesthetics — it directly shapes how participants communicate, how much they engage and what they take away from the event.

Theatre layout

Ideal for presentations and lectures where the goal is to push maximum information to a large audience. It minimises discussion but maximises capacity — in our Large conference room we can seat up to 60 guests this way.

Classroom layout

The best pick for trainings where people need to take notes on a laptop or in notebooks. It delivers comfort but takes up more floor space.

U-shape and Boardroom

If the goal is brainstorming or open discussion, pick U-shape or Boardroom. People can see each other, which naturally breaks down barriers and supports collaboration. Boardroom is perfect for high-profile meetings in our Central room.
